From bespoke frag racks to tailored sump solutions, I design and build custom projects using precision-cut acrylic and 3D-printed components - crafted with care, built to last, and always inspired by the reefing community.
Custom Three-Tier Frag Rack – Hybrid Design
This three-tier frag system was built for a smaller frag tank, using a hybrid design of 3D-printed and recycled acrylic components. We went with black and clear acrylic for a clean two-tone finish, and I added the customer’s logo front and centre in bold, luminous yellow - it really pops under aquarium lighting.
Custom 7" Filter Cups
For this project, I designed and 3D-printed a pair of large 7" filter cups, tailored to the customer's measurements to ensure a snug fit in their sump. They'll be used on a big FOWLR system and filled with biological media - simple, effective, and made just for their setup.
Fluval Evo Rear Filter Lid
For this build, I created a custom rear lid for a Fluval Evo aquarium. A single black 3D-printed piece covers the first two sections, with cutouts for the light mount and accessories. The end section was also 3D-printed but features a built-in clear acrylic window, allowing the customer to easily check on their filter floss.
Acrylic Frag Rack – Custom Build
This two-tone acrylic frag system was built exactly to the customer’s spec, using recycled and recyclable materials throughout. A clear acrylic underlayer adds a nice pop under aquarium blues, and multiple laser-engraved logos gave the build a clean, personalised finish - sleek, functional, and uniquely theirs.
Marine Spec Signage
This set of custom signs was made for my own water dispensing system, featuring one Marine Spec logo plaque and two labels for RODI and seawater. Made from recycled, laser-cut acrylic, the stacked orange-on-black design gives a bold 3D effect - practical signage with a polished, custom feel.
Custom Matten Filters
This project involved designing and producing 100 custom matten filters for a local fish store. Each unit was built to their exact specifications, providing mechanical filtration and oxygenation for individual aquariums. The shop’s logo is embossed on every piece - a functional, branded touch across the whole system.
Three-Tier Sump Frag Rack
This custom three-tier frag rack was designed to give corals varied placement based on lighting needs. Fully 3D-printed with an added black acrylic surround, the rack sits neatly in the sump while the surround helps prevent light spill into other sections - great for reducing unwanted algae growth.
